Sydney Airport

Right now there’s nothing going on at the Sydney airport.  I can see a total of five other people here with me.  But moments ago, it wasn’t like that. 

I witnessed fraternity style chanting of guys welcoming their mate home from who knows where.  Bum rushing him as he got close enough,

Australia, you got me hooked

My very first initial impression of Australia left me rather disappointed.  With a blank slate in my mind the last thing I thought I would think of was America.  It felt like I was back in the States!  Honestly that’s the last place I want anything to feel like. That’s why I left in the first place!
